The myHosp App is a mobile application reserved exclusively for users of Hospital Dr.
Francisco Zagalo – Ovar.The myHosp App provides users with their personal digital area, allowing them to access, with complete comfort and security, a set of functionalities and personal information, where they can manage and monitor their health at HFZ-Ovar.Through the App, users have access to their schedule of appointments, exams and treatments, in a safe and personalized way.The myHosp App also provides institutional information and hospital news.The myHosp App is exclusively intended to provide these services and can be deleted by the user at any time.Users register with the National Health Service (SNS) number that is associated with the clinical process or with the Digital Mobile Key.To access the myHosp App, the user enters the SNS number and password or the Digital Mobile Key.The data is treated in accordance with the HFZ-Ovar Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.With the myHosp App we seek to facilitate your contact with HFZ-Ovar, avoiding travel for reasons that can be resolved effectively and safely through new technologies.This is the 1st version of the myHosp App.
